TIPS TO FOLLOW FOR SENDING JOBS

Send whenever possible the original work in the program that has been performed , accompanied by the fonts used in the document if no path. Always attach a PDF file with blood and cutting patterns .

Get a PDF is generated from the various design programs.

Indesing : File- Export as PDF, and value choose " high quality print " option. In marks and bleeds set 3mm bleeding is recommended when cutting crosses .

Photoshop : File- Save As, select the value " high quality print " .

Illustrator : File- Save As, select the value " high quality print " .

Corel Draw: Publish as PDF - File .

REQUIREMENTS TO BE VALID THE PDF :

- Embedded Fonts ( for embedding must select the " embed fonts " ) .
Right - size . If you take blood, the document size should be increased.
- Resolution 300dpi ( high quality selected option ) .
To determine whether the resolution is correct simply print a copy , if it goes very pixelated means that the pdf has been made with less resolution .

BLOOD

- In Photoshop canvas and then the image so that the image already includes bleeding expands.
- The rest of the blood programs must exit out of the document.
- If you can not make these changes we would have only the option of cutting 3mm inside cutting inevitably text and graphics.

SECURITY CLEARANCE

When you have logos or text near the edge , must have a distance from the edge of 3mm and at risk of being cut by the guillotine.

SIZES OF DOCUMENTS

- The end must match the size of the page.
- Do not make a document for each page or making montages .
- If you take blood , must be included in the document.
                                     
Typefaces

Whenever possible and to avoid problems should be drawn fonts.
Attach to any amendments are recommended , depending on the document to print.

IMAGES

- They must be in RGB ( rgb conversion to CMYK should be made by the printing device by applying the corresponding output to support ICC curve).
- It is normal to convert images into CMYK colors lose brightness , as when printing on colors never keep the brightness you see on the screen.
- The optimal image resolution is 300dpi .
- The image must be in . Eps , . Tiff or . Jpg ( when saved in . Jpg, select the highest quality so you do not lose too much ) .

PRINTING PANTONE

He used to get very specific or corporate colors that usually can not be obtained by color ( an example is orange ) .
- The work must be prepared in a vector program. The logos or any object must be drawn or grayscale .
- No valid images in CMYK or RGB.
- If you use images in duotone , these colors must match those used by the program design or layout.

 TRIPTYCHS

- Create a DIN -A3 size document with two pages and blood.
folded :
outer - face : 97mm and 197mm (the left side is smaller ) .
inner - face : 100mm and 200mm (the right side is smaller ) .

CATALOGS , MAGAZINES, BOOKS , MANUALS

- Create a single document with individual pages followed by the order to be carried (if necessary , include blank pages ) .
- If the cover is on a different role within it can be done by putting a separate document cover to the right and back left ( consider adding the back if necessary) .

CARDS , LETTERS AND DOCUMENTS OR FOLDED WITHOUT SPECIAL FINISHES

- Create a document in final size.
- If there are several models to be adding pages to the same document it so that only a document with multiple pages.

FOLDERS

- Create a document with open folder (including the back when fitted).

COVERS AND BAGS

Leave blank 1cm at the top . This space is needed the press to hold the envelope.
